The longer version of who I am and what I do.
I'm Ibad ur Razzaq Siddiqui, a Cloud Engineer and Software Manager based in Karachi, Pakistan. With 7 years in the industry, I've built everything from blockchain applications to enterprise microservices to mobile apps.
Currently, I split my time between KonozRetaj where I work as a Cloud Engineer, and TechLabs, a software development company I co-founded. At TechLabs, I lead a team of 15 engineers and have reduced our cloud infrastructure costs by 84% through systematic optimization.
My technical focus is on cloud architecture (AWS), distributed systems, and backend engineering. I believe in building systems that are not just functional, but observable, maintainable, and cost-effective.
I'm preparing for my MS in Computer Science at TU Berlin starting Summer 2026. My goal is to transition into Principal Engineer or Solutions Architect roles in Germany's tech ecosystem.
