Infrastructure optimization toolkit that reduced AWS costs by 84%

Overview

This project was born from a real problem at TechLabs — our AWS bill was eating into margins. Instead of just cutting services, I built a systematic approach to identify waste and optimize spend.

The toolkit analyzes AWS resources across accounts, identifies underutilized instances, recommends right-sizing, manages reserved instance coverage, and automates cleanup of orphaned resources.
